Basic grilled corn on the cob

There is nothing like fresh corn on the cob. And with summer and sunny days approaching this is an ideal recipe to try out with your next braai.

  • 1 4 Ears of corn, shucked
  • 2 Butter/dairy-free butter or any other oil you enjoy using for flavor
  • 3 Salt to taste
  • 4 Le Coquin dairy-free cream cheese


  • 1 Preheat the grill to high.
  • 2 Turn cobs every 4 to 5 minutes, until fully charred.
  • 3 Once cooked, apply butter and salt to taste.
